Registration is the process of creating an account in our new Grantmaking system. The username and password generated will allow your organization access to provide an update to your OrgCard (OPF), Apply for and edit grant requests, and edit and submit grant reports.
Each Organization will need to submit an update to their Organization Card (OrgCard) - This is the equivalent of the OPF.
If your organization has applied to FRF in recent years, your organization will have an OrgCard in our system with information previously submitted. You will need to provide us an update to your OrgCard. If applying with a new organization, your OrgCard will be blank and you will provide us with all the details.
After your OrgCard is approved, your organization is now eligible to submit a grant request.
To create a new request, click on the ‘New Request’ button at the bottom left corner of your homepage. If you are returning to a saved request, you will click on “Drafts” on the left-hand dashboard to continue completing your request. Clicking on your Request’s name, will take you to the View mode. In View the Control options in view mode look like this

The OnLine Grantmaking Application (OLGA) System provided the foundation for FRF to move the grantmaking process from a paper-based system to an online system. FRF has grown beyond the capacity of the OLGA System. As such, we have migrated to the Fluxx Online Grantmaking System. Fluxx brings a new level of sophistication to grantmaking, impact reporting, and an unprecedented level of ease of use to applicants and grantees.
