Long Range Planning
Fresno Regional Foundation measures progress on each of the goals in our strategic plans. Our staff keeps a detailed “dashboard” reporting on the percentage of completion on dozens of specific objectives and tasks related to each goal. We are in the third iteration of long-term strategic planning and are sharing the highlights here with you. Goals accomplished in the past have set us up for the New Era in Philanthropy.
