Fresno Regional Foundation's competitive grants program is funded by local donors and private foundations who have contributed to the Foundation's field of interest funds or the Foundation's unrestricted endowment. This year's grantmaking program is made possible through the generous support of The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, The James Irvine Foundation, Louis Gundelfinger Memorial Fund, Minnie R. Gundelfinger Fund, Fresno Metropolitan Projects Authority Fund, Arts and Cultural Advancement Fund, Fresno Regional Foundation board members, and funds donated by anonymous donors.
Fresno Regional Foundation provides grant support in many areas of community life. Our grantmaking programs focus on three main areas that honor the charitable interests of our donors and address the needs of the Central Valley. We also administer scholarships.
The Foundation's annual grant process seeks proposals from nonprofits, public service and religious organizations and groups. Proposals are accepted only during the active application cycle.
