Getting an education in Fresno can be difficult. For many reasons, many of our young residents drop out of high school; those who don’t may still lack important job skills for the changing workplace. Life events and economic challenges often get in the way of people’s educational goals. If you or someone you know has considered returning to school in the Fresno area, Learn2Earn is the place to begin. Educational advisors are ready to assist help you develop a personalized education plan.

Who’s involved? This is a new and exciting effort designed to remove barriers for anyone who wants to get their GED, train for a new career, or even obtain a college education. The effort is a partnership among numerous local organizations such as the Fresno Housing Authority, both public and private educational institutions, and Mayor Ashley Swearengin. How does Learn2Earn Fresno work? The effort believes “It’s Possible” to have upward mobility and to strive for whatever an individual hopes to achieve. The goal of Learn2Earn Fresno is to help anyone who seeks to return to school to finish their high school education or to advance their training to aid in opening the doors of unlimited opportunities; but, it takes the individual to start the process.
