The Foundation Center

Provides foundation finder services to help locate corporate, community and private foundations anywhere in the U.S. See www.fdncenter.org and click on "Finding Funders."

Fresno County Public Library has partnered with the Foundation Center to provide space  and resources for community benefit organizations searching for Funders.

Membership-based service that provides grant proposal alerts, complete list of funder profiles, grant research tools, as well as proposal-writing tools and many other resources for non-profit administration. Website: www.grantstation.com

Guidestar.org

Offers “Grant Explorer,” a comprehensive source of grant information available online. It has information on funding and programs for more than 34,000 U.S. foundations and 680,000 grants. Website: www.guidestar.org

California Association of Nonprofits

Resources to help promote, strengthen and advance the influence, professionalism, accountability and effectiveness of nonprofit  organizations. Offers conferences, management, fundraising and technical support resources. Website: www.cannonprofits.org

TechSoup

Technology assistance specifically for non-profit organizations. Contains articles, message boards, free tools and resource lists. Website: www.techsoup.org

CONNECT: Partnership for Nonprofit Solutions

A project of the Orangewood Children’s Foundation, CONNECT offers an online directory of website links and resources, the Clearinghouse of Resources, to assist nonprofit organizations in their efforts to improve upon operations and service delivery. They also offer an online consultant database, which is a searchable directory of consultants who specialize in working with nonprofit organizations. Website: www.connectoc.net
