Fresno Regional Foundation will not consider grant requests for the following:
When applying, please carefully review the final report form in order to understand the reporting requirements for funded grant requests. Organizations must be prepared to comply with all reporting requirements at the end of the grant period. Additionally, you will be asked to provide electronic copies of press releases and/or media contacts resulting from the grant award. Failure to submit the final report may disqualify the grantee from future funding requests.
Grantee site visits may be conducted by the program officer and/or a board member of the Foundation during the term of the grant.
If you have any further questions, please contact the Program Officers.
Once you determine if you organization qualifies for funding as described in the eligibility restrictions, follow the steps below to get you started with the application process:
You must have an FLUXX account to apply for CVCF grants. Once your request has been approved, you could then log-in to start the process.
Request an Account / Log-InApplying for funding from CVCF is a two step process, first we collect information about your organization's eligibility and tax
Once you are given an FLUXX account, log in and submit your organizational profile information (OPF). This allows us to keep an official record of your organization in our databases. You will then be given an OPF number you could use to apply for grant funding.
Our program officers should have contacted you and have given you your OPF number at this point. Then you could start writing your grant application on our FLUXX system. We recommend that you start early as you might experience technical difficulties during the last days of application deadline. You are able to save your work and continue editing until your application is ready to submit for review. Also, review our system requirements in using FLUXX.
If your program is funded, you are responsible for submitting a grant report on the designated deadline (usually a year from funding). If you are a past grantee, you will not be eligible for future funding unless all of your grant reports are current, submitted, and accepted.

The OnLine Grantmaking Application (OLGA) System provided the foundation for FRF to move the grantmaking process from a paper-based system to an online system. FRF has grown beyond the capacity of the OLGA System. As such, we have migrated to the Fluxx Online Grantmaking System. Fluxx brings a new level of sophistication to grantmaking, impact reporting, and an unprecedented level of ease of use to applicants and grantees.
